You can order your
products online using our secure ordering system. You will receive a
confirmation email of your order. If you have any special request or any
type of comment, just fill out the comment section on your order form.

Want to pay by Check/Money Order:
Order online and
choose Check/Money order Option. If paying by cashiers check or money
order, your order will be shipped as soon as I receive your order. If paying by
personal check we will wait
seven days before sending your order.
To Order by Mail: Order

I will mail your items when your payment is received.

of Ammunition they can only be shipped via UPS Ground & there will

Most items ship out the same day via United States Postal
Service. (Some items will be shipped out via UPS or Fedex)
For Bumper Boy, Classic Accessories and Zinger Winger
items, please allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your order. If there
is a delay in shipping you will be notified by email.
Shipping Times: Normal Ground
Shipping usually takes between 4 to 7 days depending on
location.
NOTE: Crimps, launcher loads and Blank
Poppers can only be shipped via UPS ground because of federal ammunition
regulations & there will be a $6.25 handling fee.
International orders:
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally.
You pay the cost of shipping your Air Package. The shipping charge will be
sent to you via email to confirm the price. Cross Creek Gun Dog Catalog is
not responsible to any item(s) seized at customs or any type of customs charge.

Return with your invoice within 15 days of receipt of
product for an exchange, credit on your account, or refund. Defective item
are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only. Sorry no COD's
accepted.

Returns
You will receive a How to Return Merchandise form with
your sales receipt. Please fill out the appropriate information and return the
items to the address below.
Please insure all returned goods for the retail price.
We cannot be responsible for items lost in shipment when being returned.
